What is a good cheap wide angle lens?
What is a good wide angle lens for under the price of around $400? And would adding a wide converter to my Sigma 18-200mm lens be a good idea? Because it seems really cheap at around $80. BTW I have a Canon Rebel XS.
really, wide angle lenses tend to be pretty pricey, but i will tell you, the lens i really really like, more than the tamrons and sigmas or even the canon is
the 12-24mm f4 lens made by Tokina. It might be a little bit more than $400....maybe in the range of $500=$550
If that's out of line for you, perhaps the $80 adapter will allow you to experiment while you save up for a better lens.
